Do you offer 24/7 emergency HVAC service?
Yes. Our regular hours are Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and our emergency line at 469-919-7646 is answered 24 hours a day for no-cool, no-heat and commercial refrigeration emergencies — including weekends and holidays.

How much does a service call cost?
We charge a flat diagnostic fee that covers a full system evaluation and a written repair quote, and we tell you that number before we come out. If you approve the repair on the same visit, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the work. Comfort Club members pay a reduced rate.
Do you offer financing on new systems?
Yes — we are a registered dealer for Service Finance Company, and their equal-payment plans go up to 60 months at 0% interest on approved credit. Term and rate are set by the lender under its own programs and approval criteria. We apply with you at the quote, usually get a decision in minutes, and show you the monthly payment alongside the purchase price.
What is the Comfort Club?
Our maintenance membership. Members get two precision tune-ups a year scheduled automatically, priority dispatch ahead of non-members, a standing discount on repairs, reduced after-hours rates and documented service records for warranty claims.
